SILENT POOL

RARE CITRUS GIN

The story of Silent Pool Rare Citrus creation is told both through the aromas and flavours of the liquid and through our class-leading packaging and bottle design.

Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin captures the very essence of the Silent Pool and the surrounding Surrey Hills, Rare Citrus Gin brings together the Worlds’s rarest and most intriguing citrus fruits in perfect harmony.

Rather than being reliant on one unique ingredient to shine through, all of our recipes work like a symphony of flavours. Each and every ingredient serves a purpose and complements the last without dominating the palette.

The balancing of these complex flavours always involves a long and arduous recipe development process.

THE FOUR RARE CITRUS FRUITS

Buddha’s Hand – Top Note
Produces a bright, zesty, sherbet lemon aroma that lifts all other notes in the recipe.

Natsu Dai Dai – Mid Note
Provides enticingly rich notes of mandarin and subtle accents of lime.

Green Seville Orange – Mid Note
The classic marmalade orange, harvested whilst still green, where the oil content on the skin is at its most intense, allowing for an outstanding orange taste.

Hirado Buntan – Base Note
A variety of the highly prized Japanese Pomelo. Contributes to a subtle but gorgeous grapefruit with a rich, creamy mouthfeel and honeyed sweetness.
