Sales Representative For
Luxury Spirits

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative for ultra-premium and luxury spirit brands with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage customer prospects and achieve growth in sales. The sales representative's responsibility is to achieve sales targets and deliver growth by regularly visiting customers to provide best-in-class service, maximizing their call cycle based on customer profile. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for executing brand sales strategies while maintaining established standards for distribution, training, productivity and merchandising.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, average unit price, distribution and door productivity targets for each of the brand collections they will carry,

  • Cultivates existing Ho.Re.Ca. Customer base with regular visits to their location, while continuously prospecting for new potential in the market,

  • Develops and adheres to an effective call plan to achieve desired service frequency of customer visits, intending to visit all customers regularly,

  • Logging visits in the CRM suite,

  • Utilizes marketing and sales tools provided by the company, to enhance sales effectiveness,

  • Proactively manages distribution in their territory based on brand guidelines,

  • Builds strong working relationships at all levels within the practices and businesses they manage,

  • Utilizes all brand materials to conduct regular on-trade customer training to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to the end-consumer is translated consistently with the brand positioning,

  • Remains current on trends affecting the business,

  • Submits weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership to further develop and support growth strategies.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years (min) of direct sales experience with a proven track record of results,

  • Excellent selling, negotiation skills,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,

  • Strong network with wholesalers and outlets,

  • Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues,

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop productive business professional relationships,

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices,

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office,

  • Significant and regular field time is required with overnights, dependent on geography.

Digital Marketing Executive

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to increase brand awareness and build a pipeline of qualified leads in B2B and B2C market segments. In addition, you will be responsible for creating content using company data and utilizing your market knowledge, organizing creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference in our company's success according to trends and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the "art" of marketing and have many ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services to strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth. Successful candidates will be creative and analytical thinkers. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. In addition, they should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities. Be able to drive strategy, budget and execution of new customer acquisition and branding initiatives through all forms of digital media, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Re-targeting, Social Advertising, Video Advertising, Print, PR etc.

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

  • Manage end-to-end digital projects

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign,

  • Develop intuitive marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy,

  • Develop the content for marketing campaigns. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.),

  • Implement and monitor advertising campaigns (i.e. social media) using various metrics and submit reports of performance,

  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends,

  • Manage and allocate budget correctly,

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and competition,

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication,

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and digital marketing best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (Hubspot)

  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Creativity and commercial awareness

  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
